We were asked to produce a book title where we were given a few titles and we had to produce a cover depicting that title. When I seen the title "Do You Still Dream About Me," I knew I wanted to create a romance novel. To create this cover, I used the art history brush in photoshop to create the texture in the image. I found it created the soft look I was going for. I created the contrast in color based off her blouse. I found an aqua color that fit the feel I was looking for perfectly. My process involved choosing imagery that would invoke a loving feel. I meshed the image of the mountains with the water image. Then include the two people in the foreground to create depth. I put them in the bottom corner to implement the rule of thirds.
